"when i was checking in with my 8 kg bag the person checking it in said there was no way i would be able to get my bag on the plane it was 2 kg under the maiximum amount and i put my bag in the test fitter to check could it go on the plane and it could but the person was insistent that it couldnt go on the plane so someone from management came to see if icould bring it on the plane and she agreed with me, money was very low for me at that point and i woulnt have had enough to pay for the charge a small mistake like that could have cost me my flight if i was not persistent but other than that everything was top class it was a nice flight and it was a fast one thank you for giving me this chance to give you my opinion."

"Aircraft: it was a nice comfortable flight but in saying that there is always room for improvement i flew with etihad to asia and they are top class air lingus are a good airline but they should follow and learn from the likes of etihad. etihad give out their food and drink for free most other airlines do not do this and this makes etihad a step ahead of the rest."
