"Standard of staff uniform was poor. Female attendent chewing gum like a cow the whole flight. I don't want to go shopping on aircraft so all the 'sales' pitches annoy me. Duty free, food (twice), scratch tickets, Smoke free cigs, etc"

"Surcharges comments: Can't understand your weight requirements. I had suitcase at 19.7kg and hand luggage at 4.3kg. Thought your suitcase max was 20kg. At the desk I then transferred 5kg from the case to my backpack. So still travelled with just under 25kg but just in different bags. I know where most would prefer the weight. In the hold and NOT above my head."
