"CheckIn: Terrible. Had to check in a snowboard, the attendant was very unhelpful and did not gives any any useful directions in how to pay for the snowboard fee. Very unfriendly, disinterested service from the Transavia attendant."

"Incidents: We had to pay for the snowboard separately at the KML desk. Little did we know that we had to keep our payment receipt for the return flight and they don't keep a record of payment of the transavia IT system. We therefore had to pay again at Nice for the return flight. And we were told to ask for a refund at Amsterdam Transavia desk (we were told this by Transavia Nice) but Amsterdam Transavia would not do it and just told us to write a letter. Very unhelpful."
