"Films are really important for trans-Atlantic flights. No screens in the seat-backs is archaic. And the choice of the films in Economy was aweful. And on the outbound flight, the earphones did not work, on the inbound, only the left ear headphone worked. Really disappointing"

"Incidents: I called a week before the flight to ask for bulkhead seats as my wife is 5 months pregnant, and therefore needs space to stretch (on her doctor's recommendation) and easily get to the toilets. There were no such seats available for the outbound flight, and it was confirmed that we would get bulkhead seats on the inbound flight. However, when we checked in at Madrid airport to return, we were told these seats were no longer available. This was really disappointing. As we were told we WOULD have these seats."
