"CheckIn: I was in a flight but somehow they didnīt register it in the system, so I had really problems to convince in Madrid when I wanted to come back that I was in the flight. My ticket was cancelled, without any reason and the staff was really rude and not really wanted to fix up their mistake or apologize at all."
