"I missed this flight. I did not receive my e-ticket, since I now see it was sent from Etihad Airways and I had assumed that was for my flight next week with Etihad to Abu Dhabi. Having arrived at Terminal 2, there was absolutely no indication that another terminal existed, and no-one to ask. By the time I found ll this out, and got all the way over to Terminal 1, 30 minutes before the flight, I was apparently too ate - no-one at check in, no one at the sales desk. Really, an appalling company, and Barcelona must be the airport with the worst communication and poorest information in the world (everyone says this). Sorry, but I think it's all very poor indeed. I had to buy a new ticket through IBERIA at full rates"
