"Comfortable with friendly service. The childrens' room at Zurich airport was excellent. I would have rated the flight as "excellent" if it had not been for the the check-in at Munich, which was not a relaxing experience."

"CheckIn: Signage could be improved. The automatic check-in machines did not work for us. We then wasted a lot of time in the "tickets" queue, thinking that was where we had to get our boarding cards. When we got to the end of the queue we were told we should have been in the "baggage drop off only" queue. Despite getting to the airport an hour before our flight, by the time we had got through security we had to rush to the gate. At the gate the Swiss Air lady said "where have you been?" in rather an accusatory manner. Well, we had been in queues for an hour."

"Aircraft: The service was excellent - we were made to feel very comfortable and were treated very well. It was a very good first experience with Swiss Air."

"Children: The Swiss Air stewards (particularly on the flight from Munich to Zurich) were very friendly to our child, made us feel welcome and offered to provide anything we needed. We decided to check in our push-chair, for fear of it being lost again (previous flight, not Swiss Air)."

"Stopovers: The stopover in Zurich was made comfortable and relaxing by the availability of the childrens' room. We followed the signs to what we thought was a nappy-changing room, opened the door and entered a large child's playroom (and parent's haven!). These facilities are easily missed and could be better advertised. They will be a draw-card for us to travel via Zurich on future flights across Europe."
