"Children: On the return journey, in the Budapest airport terminal dedicated to Malev airlines, we were pleasantly surprised when they let us through the "priority" channel (security check) because we had an infant and all his stuff with us- a gesture that really made a huge difference to our travel experience- excellent. The process was far more pleasant than that in Brussels airport (at the terminal that serves all/several airlines...)."

"CheckIn: We were a little confused where to go after checking in at the kiosk, and the customer service rep was busy with a tour group. A sign directly above the kiosk pointing the way to baggage drop would help expidite the process"
