"CheckIn: At Helsinki airport on return to Brussels, the Lufthansa male check-in officer who looked like an army sergent decided to arrange an exercise drill for retired people and ordered us to remove a couple of kg overweight from the suitcase. We did that which raised our blood pressure. When returning back to the baggage drop, we selected a nice female officer who smilingly accepted our luggage and all was OK. Because of her, we decided to drop Lufthansa flights only for the next 2 years."
