"flight bang on time, no delays, everything good. we had to wait a little longer to pick up the luggage but it was due to a technical problem, we did not mind as they handled it very well"

"CheckIn: I think your company needs employee training about which country does not need a visa to visit some countries... When I check in, your staff honestly not only your company, they always ask me about visa... Please do training to your employees, only two asian countries such as South Korea and Japan do not need any visa to travel in ALL EUROPE AREAS."

"Aircraft: The flight engine I used had a problem so I had to stuck in flight about 2 hours and half till fix it. I feel so exhausted before starting my holiday. Besides the flight was so hot. Babies and children are not likely to endure the temperature so they cried a lot.
After I hope your company to do aircraft maintenance in advance for customers' safety and convenience. One thing more, the flight was supposed to provide meal but it was delayed and we had a meal about 10pm. I think almost all customers felt very hungry. In this case, I suggest your company the meal is delivered to the customers, during fix the flight.
