"Luggage handling: In Bercelona they let us fly with all our lugage in the cabin; but in Berlin there wars a very rude airport employe checking all the passengers lugagge and she told us that we had to chack in our luggage; that for studend tourist like us suposed a high amount of money! 22 euros per bag!"

"Incidents: In berlin Airport they didn't hive us the boarding tickets because they said that we were late. An there was no indication of the last minute call desk... We had to pay 52 euros each to catch the next plane more than 8 hours later!!!! The employes were so rude with us! All of them. I even thought that they had overbooking in the plane and they were telling us an excuse. The next thing was that they make us check our hand luggage! First they totld us 18 euros per bag then 22 euros... The EasyJet employee laught at us in our face! We were so angry! An at the check in control the police was rude to us and to more of the passengers mostly spanish and french."
