"They mislead the customers by explaining one thing online, I had purchased 2 pieces of luggage for 20kg each before flight. They said online there was no problem on overweight as long as together they were 40. At the flight they said 2 pieces adding a total of 20 kilos for travelers like us coming from Mexico traveling for 3 weeks 20 kg is nothing, so I had to pay 280 Euros! The staff said "is a low economy airline" how can we make money then....I would had rather fly with Alitalia or AirFrance, pay more an have a pleasant and true value for my money. Cheap things bring cheap delivery and experiences. It was terrible."

"Surcharges comments: The people at the registration desk terrible, really rude, denying all I was claiming to have read online on the right of weigh and number of bags allowed and then made us wait (with my hurt knee) one hour and a half on line to get on board since if you donīt make the line you loose your seat."

"CheckIn: They should have 2 lines, one for whom are not checking bags and another for the ones checking bags. The attitude is what needs to be changed, it feels like taking the metro instead of an international flight. It's amazing I ended up paying 380 euros for a one-way flight of less than an hour ( Pisa-Paris)"
